Last week's menu plan went well as I made everything including the desserts. The pudding was so naughty but good and I really liked the gingerbread cupcakes. Very seasonally appropriate. This week I'm trying to not spend much money at the commissary so I'm trying to use up what I have around- some ground beef, cashew chicken from the freezer, plain gelatin and OJ, kiwis, elbow noodles and ham, frozen spinach, frozen raspberries and cream cheese, canned tomatoes and beef broth. I was inspired to do this by MommyCooks who went through her own pantry and came up with at least two weeks worth of meals! Tuesday: Cashew Chicken, Sliced Pears
Thursday: Baked Mac n Cheese w/ ham, Cheese Spinach Bake , Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
Friday: Hamburgers, Fries, Veg Tray

I have no idea yet what we're having for the whole week. I need to do the pantry thing...I've GOT TOO many things in there...bought and intended for some recipe and not yet used!
